Cookie Notice
Last updated: 12 October 2026
VitalReturns uses cookies and similar technologies to operate its services, remember preferences, keep users signed in, and understand how the platform is used. This notice describes the categories of cookies set by VitalReturns and the choices available to visitors and users.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to function. Disabling them will prevent you from signing in, maintaining a session or completing a filing. They cannot be switched off through our interface.
- Session identifiers (post-login).
- Cross-site request forgery (CSRF) tokens.
- Multi-factor authentication state.
2. Preference cookies
These remember non-critical choices such as side-nav collapse state, locale and date-format preference. They are set only after a user signs in.
3. Analytics cookies
We use first-party analytics to measure aggregate usage patterns on the public marketing website. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics data is retained for 13 months and is not combined with authenticated user records.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop the Service from working. For analytics, you can set your browser's “Do Not Track” preference and we will honour it on the public website.
